Exchange and return policy

We, Eshraqa Trading Company, thank you, our valued customer, for choosing and purchasing our products from our website. In order to satisfy you and to preserve your rights as a consumer, you can exchange or return the items purchased through our website within seven days of purchase, within the conditions applicable by the Ministry of Commerce in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the policy of Eshraqa Trading Company.

Terms and conditions for exchange:

• The old items to be replaced with the new items must be at the same cost and no more than seven days have passed from receipt. If not, the customer will be responsible for making a money transfer to cover the price difference after issuing a new tax invoice. Bearing the shipping cost for returned items and the shipping cost for new items.

• The items to be replaced must be in their original condition and well packaged to avoid being damaged during the transportation process to us.

Terms and conditions for return:

• The customer can get the full amount back if all the items do not match the purchase invoice, but if all the items arrive damaged, Eshraqa Company will bear the cost of the return shipment if it is eligible for return.

• If the order arrives incomplete or contains one or more damaged items, Eshraqa Company will undertake the compensation process, either in cash or by re-sending these damaged or missing items, after the agreement process with the customer.

• The replacement or compensation process will not take place until after the returned shipment arrives and it is confirmed that it is safe and conforms to the invoice, as this process may take between 10 to 15 days.
